Job Rotation Practices and Employees Performance: Do Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Matter?

Purpose: This study sought to propose and test a model that examines the mediating roles of job satisfaction organizational commitment in nexus between rotation practices employee performance. Design: The adopted cross-sectional survey approach obtained data through questionnaires from 122 administrative staff University Education, Winneba. Partial Least Squares, Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) was used study’s proposed model. Findings: results supported model, showing are partial mediators relationship employees’ Policy Implication: findings suggest management must ensure employees satisfied committed order enhance their Thus, provide climate encourages career growth development fosters creativity not just as routine practice or means punishment. Originality: brings bear extent which predict performance Sub-Saharan African Country indirect effects this relationship.
